Keep Keto Simple

People often make following a nutritional diet a complicated task. It only takes minutes to make a healthy meal. This is just a quick post as an example of a tasty yet simple ketogenic meal. Here we have sirloin steak with a quick salad of romaine lettuce, olive oil, extra sharp shredded cheese and some guacamole green sauce. Protein source can be anything of our choosing.

25 grams of protein, 36 grams of fat and carbs are pretty much non existent to count here.

This is just a quick post to share a recipe that is quick and simple. The less complicated we make things when it comes to dieting, the easier it will be to stay the course.
